How to edit your profile

You can change various profile settings, such as your password, your account's e-mail address, profile image and privacy settings. To do this, follow the steps on the right per each setting.

Log in to your account using your e-mail address and your current password.

Go to "My Profile" in the top menu bar.

Click on the button "Visit profile" – this will lead you to your personal profile space.

Click on "edit" and start making changes on your profile.

Click on the circle on the upper right corner and upload an image of your choice directly from your device.

To change your e-mail address, click on "General", insert a new e-mail address in the designated field and click "save" to confirm.

To change your password, click on "Change Password", enter a new password in the designated field and click "save" to confirm.

To change your privacy settings, click on "Privacy Settings", and click on the checkboxes to enable or disable the respective settings. Then click on "save".

How to register & set up a password

Shortly before your learning journey starts, a registration e-mail will be sent to your provided e-mail address. Please ensure to check your spam folder as well.

To access the Bots & People Academy your first step is setting up a password for your account. For that, follow the steps on the right.

Open the registration e-mail you received from the Bots & People Academy with the subject "Welcome to the Automation Academy! 🚀". Please also check your spam folder.

Click on the link provided in the registration mail. You will be redirected to learning.botsandpeople.com.

A pop up shows up asking you to set up a password for your account.

Set up a password by entering it in both fields provided and confirm with a click on OK. For your security, we suggest you to use a complex password that is difficult to guess.

You will now automatically log in. If not, sign in by clicking on the Sign in button in the menu above or by clicking on the link provided in the password confirmation mail.

How to change your password

To change your password, go to your profile by clicking on the button in the header of your personal home area. Follow the steps on the right.

Log in to your account using your company e-mail and your current password.

Go to "My Profile".

Click on the button "Visit profile" in the header.

Click on "edit" to make changes on your profile.

Click on "Change Password" in the window that pops up.

Enter a new password and confirm with the "save" button.

I forgot my password

First of all make sure that the combination of e-mail and password you tried is correct. For security reasons our error message doesn't explicitly reference whether you made a mistake in your e-mail or password. This is deliberately so to make it harder for malicious individuals to guess any account details.

If you are still having problems it might be that you have forgotten your password. In this case you can simply ask for a new one to be sent out to you following the steps on the right side.

Click on "Forgot your password?" link located just below the Login button in the log in area.

Type in the e-mail that corresponds to your account.

A password reset e-mail will be sent to you from the Bots & People Academy. If you don’t see the email appearing in your Inbox, please check your spam folder.

Click on the link provided in the e-mail to change your password.

Set up a password by entering it in both fields provided and confirm with clicking OK. For your security, we suggest using complex passwords that are difficult to guess.

You will now be automatically logged in. If not, sign in with your e-mail address and your new password by clicking on the "Sign in" button in the menu above or by clicking on the link provided in the password confirmation mail.

FAQ

I have not received my registration e-mail for the Bots & People Academy or cannot find them.
What should I do?

Your access data for the Bots & People Academy will be sent to your e-mail address shortly before the course starts. Please also check your spam folder. By clicking the button "Forgot your password?" you can easily generate a
new password by entering your e-mail address. If you need further assistance, please contact us at any time.

What do I do if I can no longer log into my account?

If you experience any login issues, just send us an email at learning@botsandpeople.com and we will be happy to help you access
your account again.

Why do your emails end up in my spam folder?

Sometimes it happens that our e-mails accidentally get caught by your e-mail's spam filter. If this is the case then make sure to identify this message
as Not Spam so that you don’t lose any future correspondence from our Academy.
